Ah, you're back.

So for clarity, does this mean that the entire apartment is available for £820 per month - that seems very reasonable for Poplar? I've looked in that area fairly recently and the average is roughly twice that, or maybe a little less.

And how is it any of your business whether somebody who rents takes some agency bookings (as quite a few of the people here do)? You're the one with the multiple brothels, after all.

Hi Amy,
Thank you for pointing out my typo. Monthly price is per week.

I only rent rooms and apartments.
As for “Only Independent”. I advertise with guidelines of how I feel will best provide a safe and friendly living environment for flatmates who may not know each other and don’t want to live with a flatmate who has someone hanging around all day or who has been coerced into their work.. I won’t apologise for this, anyone who doesn’t feel renting a room from me suits them can find plenty of brothels and saunas like the ones  that you actively defend when whoever posts the advert is one of your friends.

Best regards.

What on earth are you talking about? Not only do you not know anything about me or who my friends are (and none of them are advertising flats on here at almost double the market rate because they think sex workers should have to pay more than (say) somebody in the flat next door who works in finance earning two or three times what we do), this sentence is completely ridiculous? You do know that more than one prostitute working from any premises makes that premises a brothel, right?

Being independent has nothing to do with not being coerced, or having a third party 'hanging about all day'. Some people hire agencies to find them some bookings, and are comfortable doing so - others are independent but have freeloading partners they wind up subsidising. You can't control any of this, and provided the person renting doesn't cause problems with the way they work and follows your 'rules' then what exactly does it have to do with you?

The next comment presuming to know anything about me or whoever you think my 'friends' are will be the last one you make on this board. Although I suppose you've at least stopped pretending to be a female sex worker despite patently being a man.

No worries. I’m sure women can go to one of your recommended and defended “we take 50% commission” brothels like on your spamming board. At least be consistent in the what you criticise and don’t feign moral outrage to selectively slander people who you take a disliking to.

I think you're confused. Are you talking about one of the ads for commercial sauna work and similar, where the commission is per punter and in return for advertising, administration, security and so on as well as the provision of a place to work? We have no problem with such places here, but they're certainly not 'friends' and the way they work is transparent, upfront and pretty much of a muchness.

None of that has anything to do with randoms coming here to line their pockets by subletting flats at wildly inflated rates purely because they think we deserve to pay more, and since they can't do the job they think they'll try the next best way to get a slice of our earnings. One is exploitative cuntery and the other is not; we sometimes call it Sex Worker Tax and it's found being charged by everybody from photographers to accountants.

Perhaps that's clearer, although I doubt it somehow.

I have been under the impression working for brothels and agencies is usually discouraged on SAAFE?

That they are merely tolerated subject to scrutiny in the Lion's Den?

 ??? ::)

I realise it's late, but you decided to cherry-pick the above which is nothing to do with anything, and yet have no comment to make on somebody charging over £3.5K a month for a flat worth £18-1900 tops? Seriously?

There are many posts on the forum where people have suggested posters look for some parlour/sauna work if they're stuck, because a decent house actually gives them something for their money. Agencies are nothing to do with anything and I don't honestly know why you've brought them up at all.

Since it's clear nobody has anything pertinent to add and this thread is both wasting my life and taking up bandwidth that could be usefully employed for a thread about shower gel or something, locked. It can stay up so newbies get an idea of things to look out for, since I removed the contact details when the silly cunt started whining about how hard done by he was compared to a massage parlour advertising for staff in a different part of the forum.
