I'm confused about whether you are a landlord collecting the 'generous earnings' of working girls or if you are a working girl looking to rent/share with other working girls and perhaps have mistakenly phrased paying the rent in a strange way?

I think it would be helpful if it was made clear here that the OP is a man, not a woman.

Anybody thinking of responding to these ads, particularly those requests which include 'working with' him ought to be aware of what this is going to entail (ie giving it away for free to somebody who would otherwise be paying you), which is why I have merged his posts and edited the title for clarity.

This is the quote that got me.  Would a Landlord not just be paid a set agreed amount each month as is normal.  Considering you are the landlord now how do you explain this statement?
Will the 'landlord' be getting a percentage of all earnings? will he expect a set amount per booking?  I am just trying to work out how he will get generous earnings

Instead of Pm ing me how about explaining this bit.  It will cost them more to book for 5 days than it would for them to do it daily for 5 days???  Surely it would be cheaper to book a longer period of time instead of more expensive.  Oh and you will be their landlord as you will be partially subletting to them as they did not sign the tenancy with you when you got the flat so the tenancy is in your name

This is a complicated scenario I think James. Personally I would feel uncomfortable sharing with a straight male escort, and I'm sure other ladies would agree. Are you a straight male escort? Because if you are as busy as you claim, perhaps it might be better to share with another straight male escort.

Think about it...female escorts have male clients coming and going and don't want another man around the place.

You have not made a point about anything as far as I can see, nor have you answered my question - the comment about landlords was not made by me. If you state you are seeking to not only share, but 'work with' a sex worker, it's not outside the realms of possibility for us to think that the work you are referring to would include some kind of sexual contact with them; even if they may do other work as well you're hardly likely to ask about that here. So once again, if this is not what you meant, please explain what you did. Feel free to continue laughing at how silly we women all are, obviously.

Also, subletting for 5 days per week to another escort @ ?100 per day means a massive (tax-free?) monthly income so, unless the 2-bed W1T flat you've got covers the whole top floor of the building, I'm guessing this hard-working woman will be paying all of your bills for you?

Obviously it's up to any landlord (or illegal subletter?) to charge what they think fit, and supply vs. demand sets prices etc, but it just seems a bit unfair to "share" with a fellow sex worker by making them pay for everything. Either be a proper 'landlord' and take lots of rent while leaving the tenant alone, or don't charge much and take partial payment in services - pick one or the other and be up-front about it so the choice can be made by anyone who might be interested in either offer.

(I notice the first post in this thread also asks for potential flatmates to send photos of themselves, which obviously any legit landlord/subletter would need to see lest they end up living with someone they didn't want to sexually harass. ::))
