Hi - I'm Scarlett and I have a little flat in W1.

I tend to work 2 - 3 days a week so am looking for someone responsible, mature and sober to share the rent of the place or rent from me daily, weekly or monthly.

I have been thinking and have listed below roughly what I think I can offer to keep us both discreet and pay all the bills (Piccadilly isn't cheap but it is central).  If you have other ideas or needs just get in touch - I'm friendly and sane (well as much as you can be in this business!)

If you were looking to do a straight share I would consider that too and split the rent / bills and allow you to stay over if we got along (think daily rental is best to start with).  If you wanted to do something like that I'd hope you'd be willing to go in on the contract from the agent and put a deposit (like renting a normal flat).  If you're looking to just do a few days a week I've listed ideas below - if you wanted to do a regular rental (ie three days a week every week) I'm sure I would discount the daily rental and do a 'weekly' rental.

So this is roughly what I'm offering:

Daily rental of lovely little boudoir, dungeon, cross dressing studio available to discerning, discreet, quiet, sober (NO DRINK - NO DRUGS).  Friendly, quirky environmet.

Flat is very close to London Piccadilly tube, and also close to Tottenham Court Road.

Flat has two work rooms:

Boudoir - a small bedroom with comfy, durable double bed set up for tie and tease and extensive TV wardrobe.  Room has sexy high heeled chair (ideal for spanking or doggy type play ) , over bed suspended tripod with love swing available. Large mirror on the wall. Lilac pattern paint effect (done by moi) on two walls.  Mood lighting and dimmer switch.

Small dungeon - Includes spanking bench, gynae bench, throne, queening throne, Torture wheel (mainly used for verticle tie and tease due to size of room) - suspension to be fitted in march but currently has stand for trampling. Cock stocks, mirrors on the walls. Over 500 toys (dildos, dongs, rubber fists, sounds, rebreather bags, gags, blindfolds, ropes, butt plugs, electrics , BJ machine and loads loads more besides) Mood lighting and dimmer switch.

Kitchen has bondage throne and large cage (AKA the waiting room!)

Bathroom - very clean, lots of towels, over bath shower.

Flat has internet connection (broadband), washing machine, central heating and all mod cons.

Place is small but cute an well equipped. To keep the place and ourselves discreet I'm ONLY offering daily rental to mature and quiet people, therefore keeping you safe, us safe and to keep the best we can within the law.

Rental would be (scroll down to see options) :

Option 1:   3 hours with one client  for a working lady / TV / TS / mature escort / gay escort with use of the bedroom including use of the bathroom. Rent to be paid at the start of booking.

OR

Option 2:   For the day for a working lady / TV / TS / mature escort / gay escort daily rental from around 2pm - 10pm (can set to suit you but last client around 9pm as all out at 10pm) for the use of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen (kitchen off limits for new clients as bags kept there generally)  To use for a maximum of 4  clients (can be longer bookings) to keep the place discreet.
 
Need to be quiet, discreet, clean, sensible and mature as well as easy to get along with.  TV maid can be provided if required at additional small cost. 

Only friendly honest people who just want to make their money and go home - no drama queens or gossips thank you!

Rent to be paid at the start of the day please. If you want to do more days and on a regular basis we can negotiate the rate. All the equipment you could ever need is here so I think the rent would reflect that, the actual rent, the council tax, the electric, water rates, internet, tv clothes, make-up, toys, laundry and cleaning products..  There is also everything to sterilise toys.  It is a very clean little place. I would expect you to leave it as you found it, as I would for you.

I'm also a well known pro-Domme so there would be the opportunity sometimes to join in on sessions and I'm an ex-worker myself so not one of these Dommes who doesn't like the sex business. I loved it for many years and would be happy to chat about doubling up if that was something you fancied doing.  If not you'd be left alone (some days I'd be in the kitchen quietly - some days you'd not see me).

Oprtion 3 :  For a Domme / TV / TS /  working lady / mature escort / gay escort daily rental from 2pm - 10pm (or as suits you and I both, but last client around 9pm as all out at 10pm)  for the use of the small dungeon, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for the day and to use for a maximum of 4  clients (can be longer bookings)  to keep the place discreet.

?10 extra to supply gloves and condoms to cover vast array of toys (meaning you can use the toys) Or you can supply your own.

If you were looking for different working terms I am open to negotiation but will not offer hourly rentals as it is indiscreet and dangerous for all concerned.

Please do get in touch though to have a chat and meet! Emails are best. I go away at least 3 - 4 days a week, so if we get on long term we could split the days of the week and you could stay over when I'm not here.

If you were looking to do a regular long term half half rental on the flat and all its bills and work around each other a bit (ie I  might do tuesday wednesday thursday but you like to do wednesday thursday friday - we'd need to book around each other a bit - I use mainly the dungeon room so I'm sure we could juggle!).
