Ladies,

I’m currently renting out my room in a private, very clean, discreet, and safe apartment.

I’m looking for someone mature, respectful, and clean who is not loud and doesn't party and must be independent

The price is relatively very cheap because of the following reasons. Please read before contacting me:

1. You nor your clients can be loud, and you should know how to work quietly and professionally.

2. Work hours are only until 11 pm on weekdays and 12 am on weekends.

3. You can only stay over during working hours; or few days in a week but  can’t live in.

4. I am looking for someone long-term, a minimum of 1 month or longer, paying by the week.

5. The room is in my front room with a comfortable mattress on the floor. It is very comfortable and suitable for the right person only.

6.no boyfriends,friends or pimps

contact me on WhatsApp only 07405 323928

The weekly rent is £420

Let’s all form an orderly queue…..

I can’t wait to shag punters on a mattress on the floor!

I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

With all due respect, the lady who used it didn’t have an issue, so I thought it would be fine. For the right purposes, I have purchased a base, so old news, moving forward.

Hopefully it’s helpful for you advertising your room and I say this with all due respect.

£1820 per month for converted living room in a shared flat with a shared bathroom that you can’t live and work in full time in Glasgow is not (imo) relatively cheap.

I appreciate it includes utilities and comes without the headaches renting from estate agents brings but it’s (again in my opinion) quite a lot for the area and offering.

Well it’s gone from a mattress on the floor to a proper bed (apparently).

Wonder what’s happening with the furniture in the front room?! ::)

If I visit Glasgow I wouldn’t be embarrassing myself with this sub - standard accommodation and the snotty attitude of the poster.

Some people really think we are desperate for accommodation  :D

Yeah this might be OK if it was the west end of London. But the fact they think this is cheap is hilarious. Bed base can be bought for less than £100. Insane!!

You can find a 1 bed in central london for these prices  ::)
