My tenancy ends in 3 weeks and looking to take on a 2 bed as find my place a tad small
i currently live in kensignton and hope to stay in the area as its lovely and fab to work from but expensive rent

Im looking to pay around 300 a week and looking for someone willing to do the same

MUST be clean reliable and level headed

im also a non smoker so would ideally like to share with the same

you must be able to get a reference to cover your part of the rent as i do

hi just an update i lost out of the flat i was going for ( a 1 bed 500 a week) as my day job income wasnt high enough

so looking for another girl to share with in kensignton  area

must be albe to provide a work referance and proof of income of some sort

a 2 bed here is aout 600 a week so 300 each xx
