40 for medium room with double bed. 25 for single room with single bed. Extra 20 if you want to work through the night. No extras if you just want to sleep through the night. All towels, shower, microwave, washer, drier included. Very safe secure place with cameras. Lots shops nearby. Ten min walk from Dagenham East station and free parking. That works out 650 in total for both rooms for the ten days not including nights.
