One Bedroomed Flat Wanted for 6 weeks in LONDON
« on: 18 July 2011, 02:26:09 pm »
Hi Ladies

Im moving back to London!!!  Yeah for me but what a nightmare trying to find a short let in the meantime.
If anyone has a lovely fully furnished pad in a good neighbourhood and you would like to rent it out to a responsible female do let me know via pm and we can discuss the logistics

Ideally July 29 - Sept 6

I havent actually gone back to escorting yet ( procastinating) so doubt I will work at your place.

Hello there,

I know it is not London, but my flat is in Dartford Kent and I am renting it for 6weeks from the 20th until end of August. You wont be too far away from London if interested.

Hi

I've also been looking for a flat in Zone 1 and not had any luck so far. I have found Craigslist and Gumtree often full of gorgeous flats at incredibly low prices that are just too good to be true though, and I also read this article this weekend.

So, good luck, but be careful too!

Ruby

so true.  I only started looking a couple of days ago as I thought I was staying with a friend.  Well, just a nightmare so far.  London prices have always been notoriously high but the prices for short lets are super astronomical let me tell you. For anything half decent its a minimum of 650 pr week it seems. (They seem to double the actual rental price  it for a short let - thats what an estate agent pal told me)  Gumtree and CL is a scammers playground and I have been contacted by a few assholes with fake glossy pics and then telling me I cant view the property unless I do a western union wire ha ha!!!
Its a pity because I used to find some lovely rentals on CL years ago, its just gone downhill.
Estate agents OMG - hideous characters too.
Fingers crossed, otherwise Ill be staying at my parents
