Just wanting to know if another lady would like to rent somewhere within Birmingham??

I'm wanting to move near the city center or surrounding outskirts into a new build apartment.

Clearly these are expensive and would like to go half down the middle on the rent bills etc so its fair.

Im in my 30's mature, easy going, friendly, outgoing, respectful and impeccably clean.

Looking to work and live there too as perhaps we can be there for security too etc
