I mailed about this and she got back to me straight away and I was quite excited about it, but when I said I'd found the ad on this site she never got back to me. I dont get it as she said the place was still available? Anyone else had the same problem? Is this ad real?

She may just be busy, or might not have access to the internet . Why not give her a couple of days to respond before jumping to conclusions about the ad being real or not, probably best hun.

Her post actually says she's LOOKING for a place to do incalls. It's all very confusing, this subletting business. It doesn't need to be so!

Maybe I've replied on the wrong posting here as it wasnt her, it was another girl called Luna, and she was definitely offering. She did get back to me after a few hours so thats okay. I just come across so many men pretending to be women I guess I get suspicious at times,
