Looking for a potential housemate! (Central London)
« on: 04 February 2011, 02:12:53 pm »
Dear Everyone,

I am looking for a potential new housemate! :D

I'm looking for hopefully someone similar to me: I'll be ideally getting a "regular" job within the industry that I'm studying for by the end of the year, and due to my studies I already have to restrict my working hours (about 5 clients a week), so I definitely can't live with someone who wants to see tons of clients all the time (unless they're all outcalls, of course!).

I'm currently renting a Central London 1-bed but looking for something more private (currently I'm in a small conversion which is just too noisy and "cosy"!) and more affordable (a 2-bed flat in perhaps Pimlico/Victoria/Westminster/Liverpool Street/etc at about ?150-200 per week each. Bills included would be a bonus).

I'm thinking we split potential working hours equally, depending on each other's schedules, while abiding by certain rules to ensure that things go smoothly and fairly; no incalls after 7pm, pre-arranged working hours only (so that we can plan our own schedules based on what we've worked out together, and can trust each other not to be sneaking clients in at midnight or anything ;)), and so on.

I'm therefore looking for someone who is good at compromise, but who'll speak up if they have any problems rather than getting quietly furious (that sort of thing freaks me out!), so basically someone who is good at working things out sensibly. Also someone who takes their job seriously (excellent screening, personal security and safety being a priority), and is happy to share responsibilities, and who generally likes living in a clean and civil home!

This would probably be initially for a 6-month "trial", maybe starting in March or April; there's no need to commit to a longer time to begin with, but this tends to be the minimum contract available and it seems like a good length of time to me to find out how things go. We never need to be best friends but since we'll be sharing a home *and* workplace, we need to both be equally professional and respectful towards each other and each other's personal space and time.

So anyone who might be looking for the same thing, who works in a similar way to me, with other work/study/etc commitments alongside part-time escorting - please do get in touch! Email or PM only, please, as I'm often too busy or stuck in classes to answer phonecalls, esp. if I don't recognise the number. We'll need to arrange a meet-up over coffee in the next week or so, so we can chat and see how we get on, and potentially begin to sort the details.

(Oh, and I promise I'm not *quite* as much of an uptight cow as I sound here! ;D)
