Hi girls

I am in the process of getting a 2bed flat to work from and live in part time. I am a young, black female originally from London and working in Birmingham. I am in my early 30's. I'm very, very clean, minimalist and discreet. I am looking for a female SW to share the rent and bills with long term. No party girls or crazies! I would like to live with someone clean hardworking, considerate; - a person I could eventually call a friend. There would be the opportunity for you to rent your room out when you go on tours ect.

About the accommodation
Luxury 2 bed, B1, central Birmingham. 1 room with en-suite.
1 bathroom with tub and shower.
Rent - Approx £400/month plus 50% share of bills. This is of course negotiable and dependant on final monthly expenses.
