You might try just using hotels sweetie, just book when you need.

I use the topsecret section on lastminute.com - I'm normally in Kensington but have been known to book Mayfair and Paddington on occasion so if those are areas you're looking at I can send you the descriptions/if they're any good.

yes please i would love to, i checked lastminute.com, but i dont know which hotels they are and if it would be descreet and without a card to get in the hotel, if you see what i mean!!
