Hello, I’ve just moved into a studio apartment by leeds train station. I only work 2/3 days a week and so it’s vacant the other days .

The studio can be rented hourly, up to 3 hours to start, and then if I build up a trust or if you have been working a while with a strong vetting process, I’d be happy to rent it out fully on the days I’m not there.

£30 per hour
£60 for 3 hours

£80 for the full day

10am - 5pm (slightly flexible with finishing time)

Could suit another masseuse as I have a table I can provide if needed.
Small double bed, sheets, towels, shower gels provided.
No drugs, no smoking, ideally would like a lady who’s been working a while & has a good vetting process to avoid any wrong-un’s! Must be discrete, respectful, no hardsports or food fetish clientele
