The location:

The space:

The flat also comprises another bathroom and bedroom that I sometimes use, though I'm not often around.
The rental arrangement / availability:
This is flexible - it can be hourly, daily or weekly. It will be available from the 1st June.
It is currently in use by a dominatrix, so it's fetish-friendly, however because of the location, an impeccable appearance and discretion are absolutely essential. THIS IS NOT A PARTY PAD.
