I have a room to rent out in the Gloucester area - it's a quiet, safe, residential area. I have a small modern house with parking and the house is clean, well decorated and neat. There is central heating, internet access and all mod cons. The clients here are steady and I have built up a good regular client list. All of my clients are through AW and I seem to attract businessmen who have (phew!) been very clean, punctual, respectful and absolute gents.
It would be on a 'shared basis' and 'pay per client', as I work too! This would be great from a 'company' point of view, as well as safety etc. This may be good for anyone who is 'on tour' or someone who wants to use the room on a more permanent basis to enable them to do 'in-calls.
I have no problem with the girl who rents the room staying, either overnight or for a few days at a time, either, whilst working at no additional cost although you would need to provide your own food etc but can have as many coffee's as you can stomach! I will provide towels for clients and there is showering facilities and gents toiletries here already (but of course you can bring your own if you wish to do so). You are also more than welcome to use my 'client box - baby lotion, nappy sacks, wipes etc) but provide your own condoms.
I'm pretty chilled out but do want someone who is honest, reliable, tidy, clean etc. I don't drink alcohol whilst working either and would like someone who is like-minded - and I don't do drugs at any time, again I'd need someone who didn't either.
