So the N/S side is a waste of time then! That was going to be a side line however if it will not create any business then I shall give up on that! I would still like to create an agency I would just leave the N/S side of it out! Thank you for the advice, possibly saved me a lot of wasted time!
Suzie, did I misunderstand your first post or have you not actually done any escorting work before? If so, will you at least be hiring (at good hourly rates!) a few genuine sex workers to give you advice on how best to operate within this industry? There are an awful lot of people starting agencies who have no idea what they're doing; it's endlessly exhausting - you've got a dozen clients on one phone yammering in your ear that they want X, Y, Z at 2am or 9am or 7pm or next week and does that girl do this service and can I have a discount cos I'm a loyal customer (and so on), then you've got a dozen girls on the other phone telling you they're busy, or they've lost your commission, or client A, B or C is rude, smelly or abusive, or they can't work Monday after 8pm only Tuesdays and Sundays from either 11am or 2pm (and so on).
If you'd like to make some money, it's actually a lot easier to just get yourself a safety buddy, a cheap PAYG phone and a website/Adultwork profile (in that order) and see a few clients yourself.

Plus - running an agency is very illegal; I heard recently about a bloke in London being put away for two years because of it. How are you going to launder your money? (Don't answer that!) Are you going to be strict enough with your clients that your girls never have to see anyone rude, stinky or worse? If so, how on earth are you going to gather enough clients to keep all of your girls earning enough? If the girls don't earn enough, they aren't happy and if the girls aren't happy, the clients aren't either. Plus, from what I can see on the escort directories and listings sites, agencies need to pay full whack for as many front-page listings as they can possibly get; I reckon a new agency could haemorrhage hundreds if not thousands of pounds for a good few months before beginning to earn any sort of decent income.
As many escorts have remarked on this forum recently, this industry has changed over the last few years. Apparently you could expect to see 8+ in a day at 'normal' (?100+) rates a few years ago! I cannot imagine things being like that now, there is far too much competition. If you have worked but not in a while, I definitely recommend you reacquaint yourself with the biz before risking thousands with an agency venture.
I hope I don't sound completely rude - but if you aren't even sure at the moment whether you are or are not dealing with scams, I do not think you are likely in a savvy enough position to be taking huge, illegal risks like this. Of course you're free to do as you wish but we cannot condone illegal activities on this forum and, as such, I'm going to have to ask you not to post asking for advice on running agencies. If you decide to work in the industry legally (sucking the willies yourself!), though, we are absolutely all here to answer any questions you might have.
