The price would be ?70 a day(and night) if you wish to sleep there. You would have your own key so you can come and go as you please.

The ?70 daily rent would be for a 24 hour period. I would very much prefer to be paid upfront but if there are any girls out  there on a tight budget or  with suggestions i"m open to here them.
I would be working there myself but only up util around seven so who ever takes the place will have it to themselves after that time.
Legally iI am aware or the law of only having one girl in a flat at a time so I am seeking girls that aeaware of this but still like to work with another girl around for safety.
If you do want to rent my place but don't want two girls there at the same time there are other arrangements I can consider.

Sabrine, if there's more than one lady working there the law is no different whether they are both there at the same time/on the same day or not - it's still a brothel.

Don't alter your own work plans thinking it makes any difference if there's only one person about because it doesn't - the only thing you can do is make sure that nobody's interested/annoyed anough to care.

Well the only person who really needs to know is you, since if you're the name on the lease, you're the one who can get into trouble. It isn't illegal to work in a brothel, only to manage or assist in managing one (visiting one is fine too ).

If you and one other girl are in a discreet flat and don't draw attention you should be ok.

I worked in a place in Herts. A fucking cul de sac with lots of neighbours. Always 3 girls plus her plus boyfriend. One of the girls was so fuckin noisy as well. I'd be trying to give a guy a nice relaxing wank and she'd be running up and down the stairs like an elephant disregarding anyone around her. The owner should have got shot of her because in my opinion it was probably this lady that got her closed down.

I wouldn't advise any lady to pay too much rent on advance to rent a room in case shit happens on Day 1.

Same with hotels. Even if I am staying 3 or 4 days I book 3 or 4 separate reservations. I never pay for more than one day at a time.

Not saying the OP wouldn't refund money back by the way but when the police took the lady away that day I was glad I didn't have to hang around to get my fifty quid back.(which she would have gave but maybe not straight away as all her dosh etc had been taken by OTT police.

Ps this place is in a very low rise small private block, I am on the first floor with no other flats on my floor so very descrete with intercom entry

The apartment is a short rental working out to ?140 daily, hence me asking for the other girl to pay ?70 daily as we would be going halfs.
I will only book it for thoses dates if i get a responce from here, hence me asking for payment upon arrival as I would have to pay lots up front plus damage deposit
