Better than hotel room :)
No concierge!
Clean bed sheets / towels / toiletries / wi-fi
Good place to do Your incalls. ( 3rd floor, elevator at the entrance )
Renting it for escorts only -  1 hour, 2 hours... 5 hours...1 night (24 hours), etc.
