Hey Guys,

I have managed to raise the money for a deposit and first months rent in order to get a two bed house or flat in the Reading area.

I would ideally like to "share" the flat with another girl and estimate the cost to be ?500 per month each including all bills. This works out at ?17 a day each, which is great!

If anyone would be interested in doing this full time share, or may be interested in renting the spare room on a per day or per week basis (which will be at a higher rate) please do let me know.

I was going to do it with a friend but she keeps messing me about and I dont want to end up with somewhere too big on my own. May just get a studio flat but would prefer to work in the same place as someone else xx
