Found this site usefull... I wanted to lose some weight before a photo shoot (always feel sick with nerves before them...) to help me feel more confident and be able to save money on retouching !

I lost 8lb in 1 week, without starving myself!  was easy to do the shakes taste great, and not cooking means my apartment doesnt smell for incalls .

will be using before any hols and shoots in future!

After re reading ...Yes it does, sorry  .   Probably posted in wrong section.  hoping its not just me who suffers with body insecurities (especially before a shoot),  just helped me and thought I would share! if anyone has any other tips they would be greatly recieved, after all breathing in for hours is bloody exhausting!
