Hi there - I currentlly work on my own from my own flat. As I only work during the working day - I am looking for someone who would like to use my premises in the evenings and/or at weekends. How would be the best way to go about advertisinng this opportunity?

A good question, I also have a house to share between Dartford and Sevenoaks.

I'm not sure about this and I think the more experienced ladies will have more details about it, but don't we have to be careful about more than one escort working from the same address, especially if one of you is paying rent to the other - doesn't it somehow get seen as soliciting and therefore become unlawful?
How often does this become a problem for escorts sharing?
Asking as I would see sharing a work flat as a good way to save a bit of outlay, especially as I am reluctant to offer incalls at my home address.

Not soliciting, controlling prostitution for gain. If more than one prostitute works from a flat it's basically classified as a brothel, and one of them can be charged with running it.
In practice flat-sharing is common and I haven't personally heard of anyone getting in trouble for it. You should be careful not to annoy the neighbours, though.

In practice yes, it's not the sort of thing the police are interested in. It's still a crime though.

It's still a 'brothel' even if you're not working at the same time and that's something which is illegal to own, manage or allow to remain in premises you control... at least two of which you'd be doing.
These offences are separate from the 'controlling for gain' one. There may be an element of that too - you're telling someone when they can work (only when you're not using it), and gaining from their work (the rent). Your lease may well have something to say about this too.
It's unlikely anyone will be fussed, but this depends to an annoying extent on where you are. Some police forces (hello Tim) go after this sort of arrangement, while most others quite reasonably think they have much better things to do with their time.
As ever, don't annoy the neighbours.

Thank you for the advice. I will have a think. Maybe I am better on my own after all - I dont really want to be on the wrong side of the law! Many thanks for the responses.
