I am about to rent a one bed-roomed flat in Dartford close to the train station.  It has parking and its own front door.

I have taken it to store some furniture and go clubbing occasionally.  I may do some work from there in the evenings but it would be available 7 days a week for ?125, 5 days for ?100, daily for ?50.  I am looking for a reliable long term sharer who has a good reputation.

You would need mobile broadband as I would not be supplying it.
