Richie, it might help the members here if you include information like how much this flat costs and how they can contact you; I'm guessing you are not yourself a sex worker (which doesn't particularly matter since you can't post in the main sections as an advertiser), but this isn't Gumtree.

Yes understood. No not a worker hence not sure on what to charge. Advertised for normal rental terms to live in locally at ?1000 pcm if that helps.

That's fine - you don't have to be a worker to know what to charge, you need to be a landlord; prostitutes are not subject to any law or statute stating that we have to pay than everybody else for rent or professional services, despite the number of people who seem to think otherwise. Do also bear in mind that if you knowingly rent to more than one prostitute, you are breaking the law.
