i have just downsized to a studio flat in a great area.  It's right off euston road, so is near euston and kings cross and i can visually see from my flat great portland street and warren street tube stations.  The flat has its own entrance, and is below a cafe. It's one room (stylishly decorated) with a small shower room and small kitchenette area.

Would love to find a trustworthy flat mate to share the rent and days of week half and half, which would be ?600 per month....but failing that would take someone on an hourly basis of ?30 per hour, or ?75 for the whole day/eve....share days to be worked out between us.
