I am a 25 year old woman that would like to exchange my studio flat for similar accommodation with another female that works as a Escort 3/4 days a week from approx 11am 11pm. My flat is tidy clean and has a double bed and sofa semi attached kitchen and separate bathroom and internet access It is on ground floor. There is already one working girl in the building so should not be an issue. I would like to exchange anywhere that is local to central Zone1/2 . My flat is close to Brixton St and Streatham St Zone 2 there is good parking and bus connection s. Please I am interested in renting a room as well if exchange is not possible.
