You can arrive up to 10 mins before your appointment (without client). Minimum two hours so that you don't have to rush clients or yourself. Lovely discreet location in very, very nice area.

Nice double room to rent by the hour near Queensway, Notting Hill Gate and Kensington Gardens.

Minimum 2 hour booking.

Simple but clean and nice double room.  Black low level double wooden bed, black velvet curtains and coulourful  fairy lights.  Towels and toys available.  Obviously use of bathroom facilities etc included as well. Mouthwash, shower gel etc available in bathroom.

Daytime and evening rentals only.

Gay / TV / TS / straight friendly.

Lots of toys available as I also have my dungeon (see other advert - you would need to let me know in advance if you want to borrow anything).

For the bedroom it is ?30 per hour, minimum 2 hour booking.  One couple per booking.  If you want to see couples it is ?40 per hour please. I say two hours so that there are not too many comings and goings and so you aren't rushed in and out.  Flat in in a VERY discreet, clean, quiet area that clients love.
