Hello! I have a room to rent in Aldgate in a flat I work from home in. The total rent is £2500. I have the larger room so my old SW flatmate was paying £1100 and then there are bills on top. Its a really lovely flat and great location in the financial district so great for clients. I am ideally looking for someone to rent on a long term basis. You'd need to sign a contract with my friend who is the landlord but there's no deposit or checks etc. I'm creative and would be awesome to live with someone similar. I would like to live with a peaceful flatmate; I don't take late evening bookings and tend to work daytimes. I'd obviously like to share with someone considerate, tidy and not chaotic! I would be up for doing duo bookings too!
