if you mean babysitters, i used a service that was a godsend when i needed a sitter, and that is a service called: www.sitters.co.uk....they offer sitters in whatever location you happen to be in.  You specify the time and the rates are reasonable, from ?5-7 per hour.....i have used sitters until 2-3am sometimes....and even tho its not approved of and against the rules, you can slyly ask your fave sitter if you can contact them directly, and many of them will agree to this, and then you can be more casual with your return times. try it, its brill
