I am also looking for a place to work from in Birmingham/Coventry. Did you have any luck?
I like the idea of renting something together with someone else though! It's just to work from, not living or anything.

I've been renting hotel rooms which is not only costly but a nightmare in terms of late check in/ early check out grr. I feel more comfortable having my own space to meet guys in though

I was thinking about renting hotel rooms for the time being but was quite worried about the price and also finding an escort friendly hotel. However I would class a hotel as outcall and would let the guy pay for it.
