I am reducing my hours and the room I use will be available to rent. Its a decent sized double room in a flat, approximately 10 minutes by bus from Archway station and 20 minutes from Finsbury Park. There's on street meter parking or free after 2.

Its a residential area so would suit those doing a one or two longer bookings a day rather than many shorter bookings. Its not suitable for groups or parties.

Cost is £40 for first hour then £10 per each extra hour.

Optionally you can rent BDSM equipment, there is a large selection including restraints, whips, paddles, toys, etc. Cost to rent this is £20 on top of the room booking. Because of items going missing I will need a £50 deposit which will be returned to you immediately after a quick check.
