I am looking to rent a room in (preferably) Kent or even London if the location etc is good.

I ideally want to work a minimum of 3 days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday and would need to be able to use it from approx 8am - 9pm maybe later.

Im happy to pay top daily rates or commission on a job by job basis, whichever your happy with.

Minimum criteria is that it must have parking and access to a bathroom.
