You're going to have to give some contact details.

You might also want to say why you are making this offer, if you are registered with the the city's council, and what's stopping someone telling all their Nottingham friends to say they're an escort to get the discount any time they need a taxi.

Why do you only want escorts as customers when civilians would make you more money? 

Sounds like a fantasist, but I would urge anyone to steer clear of anyone targeting escorts in this way.
