Found a great ?little? place just 2 minutes from Notting Hill Gate station and am in the final stages of renovating it freshly and it is in a gorgeous square in an even more gorgeous building.  It is a good sized studio flat, with two distinct separate areas, on one side a reception with little kitchenette and divided by an arch and shelving a separate nice sized boudoir area with adjacent little shower room.  It is in a discreet annexe in the basement of a large villa and ideal for escorting.  I am just adding the final decorative touches so am looking into subletting one or two consecutive days from next month.  It will be very stylish with beautiful little touches and hopefully have the wow factor.

I have signed a long lease and would like to keep it as a hopefully long term working boudoir.  Hence I am not interested in hourly or daily ad-hoc sublets.  I am looking for a lady who is trustworthy, has a sensible and mature outlook on this business who would like one day to work in Central London or possibly two days in a row.  I am not ?entertaining? on Fridays so the right person could have the flat from first thing in the morning till Saturday morning to work from.  Or possibly, rent it Thursday and Friday every week.  For one full day & night (Friday) ? I am looking for ?300 a month, or ?500 for Thursday and Friday.  However, I am only interesting in letting it to someone who is prepared to commit to a longer sublet and pays the rent for each month in advance.  Since it is a fairly reasonable rent, I don?t want to deal with anyone who is a bit unorganised or unreliable and who thinks if they don?t turn up one week ? they won?t have to pay for that day(s) or possibly sublet it in turn!  Please understand that I need to find the right kind of lady since I am looking for a long-term arrangement.  I am not really interested in subletting to two different people on the two days btw.  The right person needs to be sensible and not draw too much attention to her movements as I would like to work there for many months to come.  You need to be in the same frame of mind that this is a mutual business arrangement based on trust.  In turn, you will get a secure, stylish and regular place to work from in a very beautiful and upmarket area and can build up your clientele and advertise the same working days.

Aaawww thanks!  Well, the boudoir has now officially been opened and the response from gents has been really great.  The unanimous verdict was wow what a gorgeous place.  It is working out very well to receive gents there.  I had a few lovely ladies get in touch but unfortunately they needed a place for more than the days I am offering.  Hence the offer of 1-2 days per week is still open.  I am not around Fridays so it would be a shame to waste a great place and opportunity.  I am not in a mad rush to find someone -nso ladies if you are still thinking of perhaps working 1-2 days in London ? get in touch.

Oooops have not updated the offer.  As of April, I have sublet Fridays to a lovely lady and Thursdays will probably be taken too.  I am not seeking to let further days or have too much of a turnover of different ladies.  Plus I think you might have been looking for a slightly different set-up of actually living at the place if I read your search request correctly.  Think most places on offer are mainly for work and not to live at the premises.

Just noticed that the place in Paddington is now available again.  That is a good and very convenient not to mention smart area.  Think most ladies might be too busy to take/send photos lol etc.  Probably best maybe if you contact the lady directly by PM and Email and set up a viewing.  They will want to meet you and make sure you click before letting the place to you.  Good luck with your search.
