I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Bradford , beautiful penthouse , so if anyone is wanting to live / work full time for the duration I have a spare room. Afew rules tho, as I’m trying to keep things very discreet and my neighbour is quite nosey.

Very quiet when opening the door and seeing customers off
No drugs or alcohol as I don’t do neither .
The room is up for living in my apartment or just working thru the week / weekend
It’s close to Leeds and also Manchester is 40 mins drive or quicker on the train.
I’m wanting £500 a month . That will pay half the rent and also council tax as I work in my apartment full time and go home on the weekends
