======I have an apartment in central Leeds that I work from and I can rent by the hour during the week, and by the day during the weekend.

Location: The apartment is 10/15 mins walk to the city centre/bus station and about 20/25 mins walk to the train station, and there is reasonable parking access near by, but it does not have its own private car space. It's got some very useful shops and a gym right next door. It's your standard, large anonymous, modern, middle of the road apartment block.

Inside/Amenities: This is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment (one with bath, one just shower) with a decent size kitchen/living space. One bedroom has a bed in it, and the other a massage bed and spanking bench. The apartment is comfortable, tidy, and has good wifi and you'd be using it by yourself whilst you are there. There are towels, shower gels, sundries and coffee you are welcome to use or free to bring your own.

Rent Costs/Availability: The apartment is available Monday-Sunday from roughly 10am-10pm. During weekdays it is available by the hour, £40 for one hour, £60 for two hours. Longer is available, POA, and you are welcome to 15 mins either side to get ready for your client etc. Yes this isn't super cheap but you get the whole place to yourself. On the weekend I don't use the place so much so its possible to rent for £90 for the 12 hour period, and £100 if you want to sleep over, but no welcoming in clients after 10pm.

Looking For: I'd prefer just one or two providers who are looking for a regular base in Leeds, and someone sensible, maturely minded, discreet, quiet, with a good screening process. Non-smokers, no drugs, no heavy drinking on the property and no 'boyfriends'. It would probably suit someone who sees smaller numbers of clients for longer durations or higher price etc. Also suitable for those who want to offer some domination/kink services.
