my flat mate left back home boo hoo and now i need another to replace her.  The flat is in an excellent location near so many central locations, near regents park, euston, camden, west end, and very near gt portland st/warren st tubes.

the flat is a self-contained studio flat with a nice bathroom, shower and heated towel rail.  It's a good sized room that is tastefully decorated and classy too thanks to the prior help of an excellent decorator i know-genuine thanks to her!

it has it's own entrance and is on a street where there are mostly offices and cafes.  

How we worked it with previous flat mate is that she had a day of the week and then used mornings and evenings to make up another 'day'.  Making that 2 days a week, which I am asking for ?75 per day, which needs to be paid in advance each week.  There are lots of other days that are available as i do other things and go on courses etc so there is lots of opportunity for more days to be available to you.  Also i believe in flexibility, so if you have a booking and it's not 'your' day, you can still ask and see if flat is available and vice versa.

It's a brilliant place, great location in w1 london, with a super cool laid back landlord who just doesn't care what i get up to in here!
