Is this a typo or did you get the London and Nottingham prices mixed up? I have a lovely 1 bed in a very nice part of the Square Mile that doesn't cost as much as this ???
And nobody is going to sign up for that (or anything else) for three months without knowing whether or know they'll be busy enough to justify it, and that's not terribly likely at the moment, is it?

Are you seriously telling me you don't understand the difference between a long term rental and a daily rate for short term lets? If you want to rent by the day, why are you asking people (and I assume you're accepting sex workers of all genders despite your post) to commit themselves to three months?

We're not worried at all. It's not as if anybody here can actually get in touch with you anyway, since you decided before posting that our rules aren't important enough for you to be troubled with (and if you're going to try and be condescending, it helps an awful lot to be in a position from which to condescend).
And don't tell us how to post, at least if you want to keep your account. You're charging sex workers way above the going rate apparently for no more reason other than that you think we deserve to pay more than (say) a teacher or a nurse, and we don't appreciate being ripped off. Again, if you want to charge a daily rate then why are you asking people to commit to three months?

£75 a day say for someone just wanting to rent it for 4 days or 5 days is reasonable but 3 months is considered long term and most would probably only work it 4 or 5 days so there paying £75 every day and probably will not work it all.
I think you might be better off trying airbnb if you want can get £100 per night which you probably can but you won't be booked solid for 3 months and will have gaps of no bookings even without Covid.
