Assuming that by 'high class' you mean 'expensive', does that mean that you think people you perceive as earning more should have to pay more than those earning less? Why do you think you're entitled to their money?

We're not worried at all. It's not as if anybody here can actually get in touch with you anyway, since you decided before posting that our rules aren't important enough for you to be troubled with (and if you're going to try and be condescending, it helps an awful lot to be in a position from which to condescend).

And don't tell us how to post, at least if you want to keep your account. You're charging sex workers way above the going rate apparently for no more reason other than that you think we deserve to pay more than (say) a teacher or a nurse, and we don't appreciate being ripped off. Again, if you want to charge a daily rate then why are you asking people to commit to three months?

£75 a day say for someone just wanting to rent it for 4 days or 5 days is reasonable but 3 months is considered long term and most would probably only work it 4 or 5 days so there paying £75 every day and probably will not work it all.

I think you might be better off trying airbnb if you want can get £100 per night which you probably can but you won't be booked solid for 3 months and will have gaps of no bookings even without Covid.
