I’m moving home to London soon and am trying to organise a suitable incall. I’ve not had much luck renting a room from someone so am looking into the possibility of setting up my own incall.

I’m hoping to find someone interested in sharing a 2 bed 2 bath on a long term minimum 6 month basis. This would involve being on the lease with me so you should be willing and able to provide proof of income with tax documents/accountant paperwork or to pay 6 month rent up front.

I’d ideally want to be in or around Zone 1 with places like London Bridge, Liverpool Street and Ruston being my preference but am flexible! I like large blocks or basement flats for discretion. I would be happy to rent a couple of days per week to another worker so this is something we can discuss but I wouldn’t want to offer per hour rentals.

Places I’m looking at are around £2-2200 per month so including bills and council tax we would be looking at around £1100-1200 per month each. Estimated move in costs for deposit and first month rent around £2500 each.

I’m hoping for ideally late July or late August but again can be a little flexible.
