I've found a flat that I'm in love with. Unfortunately, my flatmate chose to drop out and I am looking for someone to take her place.

The flat is located right next to Euston station (5 minutes away). It is two double bedrooms, spread across three stories. Yours will be the top suite with an open skyroof which blinds you can electronically control. There is also a desk and and ample storage - wardrobe and drawers.

Everything is fully furnished. There are sheets on the bed, pillows, a television, cutlery, you name it.

It has one shower on the second floor, and the first floor is an open plan kitchen and living room. It costs roughly 350 a week without bills, and I'm hoping for someone to move in the end of May on a years contract with a 6 month break clause & upfront with me.
