what floor is the flat located ?
are the people in the bulding working or some of them on dss ?
any children there ?

Hi Jenny,

Flat is 2nd floor of a 5 storey building. I have had flat for 2 years and seen maybe 1 mother and child in that time. What is DSS ? Like benefits? Unless I conducted a survey I couldn't tell you who was working and who was not. I will say that I have worked from there a fair amount and never had any problems though.

yes dss means people on benefit, which als means people staying in the house all day .. Unfortunately it happens especially now where the jobs are dropping ... 
good good, am trying to get rid of my flat too... did the silly thing to get one self flat to live and two rooms, now getting a bit expensive .. am on an average on 300pw, therefore 250pw would be fine .. as soon as i finf tenants will let you know if still available .. Deposit no problem ...
its hard doing incalls and showing the flat ...  :o
