James N*****i is a PITA. He does the full range of PITA client no-nos; emails and texts a lot and prompts for replies within minutes (even when told repeatedly to allow a few hours and that I don't "chat"). He's either thick, has a terrible memory, can't follow instructions, or is a wind-up merchant as he constantly asks the same questions and does what I?ve told him not to do many times. When he originally contacted me in Sept 2010 his address was * Shaftesbury Close, Bromsgrove, but according to 192.com he now lives in Worcester. He did honour the first booking he made back then (and was pleasant), which made me think he was genuine despite him being very irritating, but he subsequently made a further 4 bookings between then and June 2011 which he cancelled, rearranged and cancelled again.  Excuses used:
unforeseen circumstances
car breakdown
last minute being called away with work

2 years passed so I gave him a chance, thinking maybe he'd sorted his shit out (he was going through a rough patch with his fiancee back then). Now married and changed his name to B*********. (I assume I can?t put his full names here?)

Booked 4th Sept. Text on 2nd to say he couldn't make it and could we rearrange for the 6th. Text on the 5th to say his child was ill so he couldn't make it and could he rearrange for the 13th. I told him to bugger off. I'd actually expected him to do this so was treating his bookings as "unlikely to happen" anyway.
