Been hassling me since early March, my hour rate is £180, he tries to haggle me down between £80-100 saying its all he has got. Like why contact me then you mug? 
Asked if he haggles in shops and restaurants and he goes 'yes I do haggle'.. What a stand up human being 

Also asked why he would contact me if he cant afford me and he says the usual (quoted directly) 'i dont no wat im doing 1st time for me x' like suuuure.  Complete loser
