I've not being lucky with some clients lately

After noticed he has wasted my time in past but it seems he has forgotten or hopes I've forgotten
I told him Im busy for a few hrs - so I have to decline your booking.
He suddenly became insane and sent me a lengthy abusive message, I just blocked him off.
