I gave him the benefit of the doubt on the Gallery issue , I give them one chance in case they are noobs confused by AW ( not the easiest site to suss ) , with him being  a new member just joined 28th Nov. After Id advised him of my availability and how the gallery worked , he has read it and gone silent ...Pretty much what I expected , so that's 10min of my time wasted in explaining how the AW Gallery system works.
