This man was saved in my phone as "no show" so has done this before, how many times I don't know exactly but a few. He rang again today to book a 15 mins appointment. He sounded like he was driving so I asked him to if he had a sat nav to enter my postcode into, said he had a pen and paper which he wrote it down on. Rang again 5 mins before booking to confirm what town I was in?? then did a no show again.
