I should have followed my gut and not accepted this guy's booking as I just had a feeling he would cancel. Sent several, long messages on AW leading up to the booking... felt a little like he wanted to get off on talking about it all - which is usually a red flag for me. But he had really good FB on AW and seemed to be genuine, so I booked the hotel and agreed. Confirmed evening before - all good. Confirmed day of the meet - all good.

Just before meet to take place and hotel already paid for 
Get not a message (not even a text or call!!) to say he had to go and see Star Wars with his family!! Quick check on AW showed he met another WG that day instead.
