Calls himself Dave, has a local accent to the West Midlands
Booked an advance appt for 11am today, didn't call to confirm as requested before 10am, rings me at 11am for directions!. I explain he didn't call and confirm, asks if he can still see me so we re-arrange for 12noon.
Calls at 11.50 from the location i requested, i directed him to the correct street and told him to park behind a certain car in the carpark - no show.
