Scottish accent, adult 30+, booked with 20 min notice then later called to say he had arrived after given street and flat number he suddenly texted to say he had been called into work and cancelled. I didn't get to meet him and didn't see anybody parked outside my window. Could be address collector. Recommended not to give full address unless you can see he has arrived at your postcode and ask him to tell you building colour or some identifiable mark in the street to make sure he is actually there.
