However this guy cost me money, goes by the name "Rod".

Calls up asking for 2 hour booking, very polite and genuine. I explain to him that I will need to put a deposit down for renting the room, so must be confirmed. He said that's fine, he had the entire days off so was Defo confirmed and he was showing up. I even re texted the details and he knew I had put money down.

Today I texted him to reconfirm and with more address details.

He texts back "Can't make it. Apologies"

I have now lost ?80, and I told him this on the phone yesterday!
